VISA Information
VISA:
It has been requested that any attendees requiring a VISA apply for a business VISA. Once you have registered, please email Mala Patel for an INVITATION LETTER to accompany your application attaching a copy of your passport.
Once received please note the following steps:
- All that require a VISA should select a BUSINESS VISA using this link: https://evisa.gov.bw/
- The applicant completes their respective details with the FLIGHT and ACCOMMODATION details (and proof of booking tickets)
- The applicant attaches the INVITATION LETTER
- The applicant DOES NOT need to provide a certified copy of their passport etc when accompanied by this invitation letter
- The applicant DOES NOT need to provide any other documentation (Certified copies of trade license, certificate of incorporation, share certificate of host etc)
- The applicant needs to pay 500 BWP for a single entry VISA
The VISA should take approximately 5 – 7 working days maximum and will be emailed electronically
