Joelson Vasconcelos has over 18 years of experience with TAAG Angola Airlines, where he currently serves as Director for Network, Schedule, Fleet Planning & Alliances. In this role, he is responsible for network optimization, capacity and fleet deployment, alliance strategy, and the development of new routes, with a strong focus on optimizing TAAG’s hub at the new Dr. António Agostinho Neto International Airport (NBJ). He has also recently chaired the Aeropolitical Committee of the African Airlines Association (AFRAA), contributing to policy dialogue and collaborative solutions to support sustainable growth across the African aviation sector.
