Jacob Bakst is a Senior Loan Officer in the Transportation Division of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank). The Transportation Division is responsible for EXIM Bank supported financings of large commercial aircraft, business aircraft, agricultural aircraft, helicopters, aviation-related goods and services and railroad-related equipment. Jacob has been with EXIM Bank for 16 years, with approximately 14 years of experience in transportation finance. He has been responsible for aircraft financings in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Jacob has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona where he specialized in International Finance and Risk Management.
