Diana Nyambura is the Chief Executive Officer of Skyward Airlines, one of the fastest growing airlines in Africa. Recognized for her rapid ascent from technical engineering support to C-suite leadership, her unconventional career began in Engineering Reliability while she was concurrently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Nairobi ; a combination that afforded her a unique, interdisciplinary perspective on the industry.

With over six years of deep immersion in Safety and Quality Management, Diana mastered regulatory certifications and operational complexities within the humanitarian aviation sector before transitioning to Skyward Airlines. Her leadership journey within the organization has been pivotal, serving as Accountable Manager and General Manager, where she spearheaded business development and commercial growth before being appointed CEO.
