Having held key roles with organizations such as Zambian Express Airlines, Barclays Bank, Zamcell Telecommunications, leading travel agencies, Southern Sun Hotel Group, Thebe Exhibitions & Events, and Holiday Aviation (GSA), Candy brings a well-rounded, cross-sector perspective to the industry. She currently serves as Regional Vice President for Southern, Eastern, and Central West Africa at Hahn Air, where she plays a pivotal role in strengthening agency distribution and expanding market access across the continent.

Candy’s deep understanding of Africa’s diverse markets, combined with her ability to align aviation strategy with tourism growth, has earned her recognition as one of the Top 30 Most Influential Women in African Tourism and Hospitality 2026, ranked #19 by The PYNE Awards Africa.
